Alex Florez

Once a touring rock-n-roller, Alex Florez is now an elementary school Bible teacher and the Director of Spiritual Life at Nashville’s St. Paul Christian Academy, where his wife, Michelle, teaches and their three children also attend. Alex is a student of fourteen languages (but really, only “fluent” in English). He loves The New York Times Crossword, and he's been talking smack to on-screen Jeopardy! contestants since the early 90s. He genuinely loves exercise—but also loves ice cream and his wife’s bolognese. Above all, he loves reading, writing, and talking about Jesus.
