Day 14

Weekly Truth

from the reading plan

John 16:20

Scripture is God breathed and true. When we memorize it, we carry the good news of Jesus with us wherever we go.

Spend this week memorizing the second half of John 16:20.

“Truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn, but the world will rejoice. You will become sorrowful, but your sorrow will turn to joy.”
—John 16:20

    Day 14

Lord, I come to You at the close of this time, still in need of Your help.

Much of what I carry has not fully changed—there are still struggles, uncertainties, and a weight that remains.

Nevertheless, I believe that You have been present through all of it and that Your faithfulness has not failed.

Keep me steady as I move forward, and help me to carry what remains without losing sight of what is true.

I trust that what You have begun in me is not unfinished and that You will continue Your work beyond this moment.

I will go forward with a quiet trust, giving thanks that You remain faithful in every season.
