By He Reads Truth
Memorizing Scripture is a way to carry God’s Word with you wherever you go, keeping God-breathed instruction, reproof, and truth in your heart and mind each day.
In our Lenten study of Isaiah, we are memorizing Scripture about God’s calling, judgment, and restoration of His people. This week’s passage is the key verse for the book of Isaiah.
Now this is what the Lord says—
the One who created you, Jacob,
and the One who formed you, Israel—
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name; you are Mine.”
– Isaiah 43:1
