Jesus met pain, tears, and suffering with compassion, empathy, and relational and physical healing. So we respond to those in distress with dignity, compassion, and empathy, lamenting with those who grieve and honoring those who suffer toward the promised end, when God will comfort His people.

If I could always be more like Christ. His love for us, his empathy, caring spirit and all his actions were the embodiment of love for others. Never self seeking, continually loving us and giving us the keys to furthering the kingdom of God. May I ever strive to be more like Christ!

Mike, I was thinking and praying the same….Lord Jesus, help me to see others through Your eyes, especially those that are difficult to love. Help me to love and serve without complaint. Lord make me like You.
