Justice

from the reading plan

Proverbs 3:29-30, Proverbs 14:31, Proverbs 21:10-12, Proverbs 24:23-25, Proverbs 28:5, Proverbs 29:4-6

Scripture Reading: Proverbs 3:29-30, Proverbs 14:31, Proverbs 21:10-12, Proverbs 24:23-25, Proverbs 28:5, Proverbs 29:4-6

After completing your daily reading, come back to chat with fellow Bible readers about any reflections you have on the proverbs, introduction, or questions from today.

Because God is the only one who can see all things and understand them rightly, He alone rules with perfect justice. His righteousness defends and advocates for the hearts of His people. And as people made in His image, the book of Proverbs urges us to live lives that reflect that same heart of justice.

Reflection Questions:

What is the outcome of justice according to these proverbs? What is the outcome of the wicked or unjust?

What has God’s justice looked like in your life?

Keeping Proverbs 14:31 in mind, how can you share God’s justice in your community today?
