    Jesus came to take our heavy burden upon Himself so He could give us rest.

    Since I am praying for my wife as I read through this study, I will pray that she will rest in the Lord.

    We either over-rest or under-rest. In our culture, we tend to put a high priority on working as hard as possible in order to fulfill our dreams and to be happy.

    God is the God of rest. He does not overburden us. He takes all of our cares away.
